This pan ducle combo includes two traditional Mexican sweet bread items: an empanada de camote (sweet potato) and a marranito or puerquito (piggy). Sometimes referred to as "Mexican gingerbread pigs" the traditional Mexican recipe includes molasses instead of ginger. Both of these items have been stitched by hand. And are about 4 inches inches long.

Since these wall art items or ornaments are meant to be hung, the design is visible on one side. The felt used for these hand stitched items is either standard crafting felt of acrylic fibers and /or 100% polyester fiber made from recycled post-consumer plastic bottles.
